Report outdated clinic details, suggest a med spa or clinic, or manage your clinic’s page. Medical questions are outside what we can answer.

Something on a page is wrong

Clinics move, change numbers, drop treatments and sometimes close. If you spot a page that is out of date, email info@medspalist.us with the clinic’s name, the city and what has changed, and we will look into it and fix the page.

Suggest a med spa or clinic

Tell us the clinic’s name, where it is and which treatments it is known for. We will look at it with the criteria explained on “How we select”, which apply to every clinic on the site.

If you run the clinic

Owners and managers can claim their clinic’s page through the “For med spas and clinics” link in the menu. From there you can update treatments, opening hours and your description, read about Pro and Top, or ask us to consider a clinic that has no page yet.

No medical questions, please

We are not clinicians. We cannot comment on your skin, your weight or a reaction, judge a result or tell you which clinic to pick. Please do not send photos, medical records or details about your health. After a treatment, questions about how you feel belong with your treating clinic or your own doctor. In an emergency, call 911.

Complaints about a clinic or provider

Disputes between patients and clinics are not something we can settle. Start by writing to the clinic. Complaints about a provider’s conduct or care go to the board that licensed them, usually the state medical board or the state board of nursing. You can report a problem with a medicine or a device, including a product you suspect is fake, to the FDA through its MedWatch program.
