About these terms
By using MedSpa List (medspalist.us), the free guide to med spas, laser hair removal clinics, medical weight loss clinics, IV therapy clinics, men’s health clinics and plastic surgeons in large US cities, you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
What you read here is meant to help you sort through clinics. None of it is medical advice, a diagnosis or a recommendation of any treatment, medicine or procedure. Whether something suits you, what risks it has and what result is realistic are questions for a licensed provider who has examined you.
We are not a clinic
MedSpa List treats no one, prescribes nothing, sells no products, makes no bookings and charges users nothing. We give no assurance about the quality, prices, availability, licenses or permits of any clinic or provider, and being on a list is not a recommendation. Any treatment is agreed between you and the clinic alone.
How the lists are made
Each list combines public information about the clinics (what they offer, what patients say about them, how to reach them and when they open) with the criteria described on “How we select”. A Top plan places a clinic among the first few positions, and a Pro plan gives it a fuller page. Each is labeled, and neither amounts to an inspection of the clinic.
Check before you book
Lists are revised periodically, yet staff, opening hours, prices, products and licenses can change in between. Verify a provider’s license with the board that issued it, and get the price, the product and the aftercare from the clinic in writing.
Pages managed by clinics
By claiming a clinic’s page, a person states that they have the right to manage it and that everything they publish is true and fair. A clinic page may not promise results, and before-and-after photos have to show real patients of that clinic, published with their permission. We can edit or take down material that is inaccurate or misleading. Each plan’s conditions appear in the business area.
What you may not do
You may not use the site unlawfully, scrape or copy its lists by automated means, try to get into areas that are not public, impersonate another person or clinic, or supply false information.
Content
The texts on MedSpa List, its selection criteria and list order, its name and its design belong to the site’s owner or are used under license. Linking to the site and quoting it with credit is welcome. Copying a substantial part requires our permission.
Liability and changes
To the extent the law permits, MedSpa List is not liable for the treatments listed clinics carry out, for their statements or for other websites. Rights you hold by law that cannot be waived remain intact. These terms may be updated, and the version published here is the one in force.
